Product DescriptionDescription:These 40×40 plate filters are used in the wine, beer, food, chemical and pharmaceutical fields. It can be used as a straight plate filter with cellulose sheets, or a double filtration kit to filter two grades. Available in various sizes: 20 plate filter with 12 or 20 plates; 40 plate filter with 30 or 40 plates; 60 plate filter with 60 plates; or 80 plate filter with 80 plates.Working principle:When the crude oil is pumped into the filtering machine, under the different pressure in and outside the machine, the crude oil go through the filtering cloth and come out from the pipe under the filter plate, while the oil dregs remains on the surface of the filtering cloth,thus realizing the filtering process. Charcteristic Of Plate Filter:The filter is made of S.S. 304 or S.S. 316L as your requirement, which are features of corrosion-resistant and long life-span. The filter plates use screw thread structure. It can change filtering media (if uses filter membrane, it can even remove the bacteria) according to your material and your technical requirements (primary filtration / medial fine filtration/ fine filtration). The layers can be added or decreased to your actual capacity. The filter works under pressure without leakage and the filtrate is very clean.
