Product Description HF1000T Product Introduction HF1000T trailer-mounted water well drilling rig is a new 1000-meter deep water well drilling rig launched by Hanfa Group, with a maximum drilling depth of 1000 meters and a maximum drilling diameter of 520 mm. The HF1000T trailer drilling rig is mainly composed of: air-controlled drilling rig, telescopic or folding drilling tower, trailer chassis, simple driller's room, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, etc. It adopts air-controlled dual-clutch gearbox structure, and a pneumatic tire clutch is used in the gearbox to shift gears. It can realize long-distance shift without stopping, and the air-controlled series double winch structure can realize that the main pole does not fall to the ground. The double cam structure of the holding brake makes the braking safe and reliable. The air-controlled double-clutch right-angle box realizes the fast switching between the forward and reverse rotation of the drilling head. The turntable can be equipped with standard slips and auxiliary hydraulic pliers to solve the problem that the pad and fork are difficult to remove. Conventional traditional trailer drilling rigs mostly use mechanical transmission, mechanical manipulation, scattered manipulation, poor visibility, single winch or main and auxiliary parallel double winches, the auxiliary winch has small lifting capacity, cumbersome operation and high labor intensity.The HF1000T trailer drilling rig uses a series of double winches (which can be controlled separately), and the double sets of swimming systems realize that the main rod does not fall to the ground, saving manpower and improving drilling efficiency.
