Cationic starchCationic starch is made by reacting corn starch with a quaternary amine to make the starch carry cations. Later, it goes through a series of washing, pressing, drying, refining and packaging. Mainly used for adding in pulp in papermaking process.Features1. The gelatinization temperature is low, the paste liquid is clear and transparent, and it will not separate after being placed for a long time.2. It can absorb negatively charged fibers and fillers, improve the retention rate of fine fibers, and reduce the concentration of white water.3. Improve the ash content, folding endurance and surface strength of the finished paper.4. The degree of substitution can be adjusted according to the actual production situation.Instructions1. Completely dissolve the dried starch with clean water at room temperature in a steaming container equipped with a heater and a mixer to make a concentration of about 4%~6% 2.
